A quick shoutout to Agent Danial~! So my In-laws engaged a well known property agent to assist in selling their 4rm HDB flat at Sembawang. It didnt take long for them to get an offer with a COV of 15K, which is great! However, the nightmare started after the exercised OTP. My FIL, who is turning 55 soon, was hoping to purchase a unit quickly before his CPF account is locked and made into RA. This is when it started to get difficult contacting with the same selling agent. Calls were hard to answer, messages were replied late, and viewing of new units became an issue for them. Liasing with regards to extension of the said unit became a hassle due to submission of pending documents. That's where Agent Danial comes in. Despite being an agent for the buyer and not my In Laws, he went out of his way to provide guidance and advices, easing the process. I do understand that it isnt easy explaining to clients that arent tech savvy, that arent quick to catch on, so bravo to Agent Danial for being patient throughout, truly and ideal image of how a Real Estate Agent should be! Thank you once again :)

Before I met Danial, I had a few agent working for me in selling my property but none of them are able to fetch me the price that I am looking for. In fact, all of them brougt me low ball offers, but when Danial came in to market my property, the first offer he brought to the table was above my expected price. Danial is non pushy and he is very systematic in his work ensuring that our transaction has no hicups! Would totally recommend Danial to my family and friends.
