Before even graduating, Daniel was headhunted by Knight Frank Australia to lead the Asian Desk for Commercial Sales & Capital Markets in Melbourne. His strategic vision and deal-making skills set him apart, leading to his recruitment as General Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing at Pro Estate Group, where he:

Successfully closed high-value development land sales and project sales, earning top sales accolades. Individually introduced and developed Australia’s first revolutionary property rebate online platforms – Propertybugs.com & Propertyvoucher.com. Co-produced PropertyWatch, an online real estate TV program with local TV celebrity Simon Christie, increasing brand awareness across the region.

Entrepreneurship & Business Expansion

In 2018, Daniel returned to Singapore and ventured into the furniture industry, leveraging his past experience as COO of Fortytwo Pte Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in achieving a 300% increase in sales revenue within two years. He then founded The Reject Shop, a successful local furniture brand specializing in surplus and factory clearance furniture, solidifying his reputation as a savvy entrepreneur.

Passion for Real Estate, Motorsports & Extreme Sports

While his business continues to thrive, Daniel’s true passion remains in real estate—leading him back to the industry, where his market expertise, negotiation skills, and innovative approach bring significant value to clients and investors.

Beyond his professional success, Daniel has always been drawn to adrenaline-fueled sports. Before switching to motorsports, he competed in downhill mountain biking, pushing his limits in high-speed, technical terrains. His love for extreme sports naturally led him to motorsports, where he has been racing professionally in Australia and Asia since 2013, securing sponsorships from Fox Racing, Monster Energy, DemonTweeks, and property developers. He currently races with a Singapore-based professional team, proving his drive and determination extend beyond the boardroom to the racetrack.
