I engaged Shawn and his partner, Dena, for the sale of my HDB flat. At the first meeting, I was impressed with their knowledge of the location and their marketing plan. That same weekend after we met, they quickly arranged for viewings and I got my first offer. After negotiations with the buyer which Shawn and Dena handled well, I was happy to issue the option at a good price and it was concluded in less than a week since I met them. I was so impressed at the speed they worked and will be recommending my friends and family to them. Thank you, Shawn and Dena, for helping with my sale. - K. Kalis Aiswarya Naidu
