It is not easy to deal with Capitaland. The process and procedure will put all agents off. Dickson took the challenge. It took us one full year with 2 failed attempts due to CapitaLand stringent, difficult and unreasonable clauses. Dickson's perseverance is admirable. The 3rd and final attempt almost collapsed as CapitaLand has made things difficult for both new tenant and us. He swiftly swing into action, understand from us the procedures to help pacify and resolved the new tenant's frustration. We are glad and thankful to have engage Dickson's service. Very professional, resourceful and well connected with reliable contractors.
