  I was recommended to Douglas by my friend who sold his property through him. My HDB case is a complicated case because of certain HDB policies. Douglas wrote in a few times to HDB and ask for earlier MOP so that we can sell the flat. Using his marketing strategy, our house was sold in 3 hours and we got a price that we wanted. We were touched because he went through a lot of trouble and hassle with HDB and CPF board to solve our issue for us. Thank you Douglas. We will strongly recommend Douglas to anybody who wants to sell your house because he takes care of all the complicated HDB and CPF policies.
