Mr. Faizal is very good property agent. For myself, I did not engage any property agent nor him to buy a house at Yishun. Apparently, I saw a house that matches to my liking at Property Guru app in 2021 and liaise with Me. Faizal and owner directly. It was a good opportunity to have known Mr. Faizal, he has a good sense of responsibility, very approachable, friendly and tried to be patience in every ways. He has shown his best by being engaging with every single details despite the timing that we tried to contact him, due to the timeline processes as it was our first time purhasing a home without engaging an agent. Mr. Faizal has been the best of his best by showing his ultimate gratitude and concern if we have done our next step of the housing timeline. Kudos to his service! Surely will recommend him to my friends, relatives, families if there is any property related. I will surely look for him if I were to sell my house in few years’ time down the road. Abang Faizal was first introduced to me in 2018 and he was the one who helped us purchased our first flat. Fast forward, 5 years later, we still chose him to sell our house and find a new flat. Waited 5 years just to give him our support again and he doesn’t disappoint. Gave his thoughts on some of the houses that we viewed and it all makes sense to us. You have to engage him in order to know what I mean. He is indeed family to me and that will never change. Don’t worry about being awkward, he’ll make you feel comfortable. Thank you Abang Faizal!.

Faizal was recommended by a few colleagues. We are very glad to engage him. We were first timers in selling and buying so we didn’t know what’s the process like. He advised us for every step. Even went beyond his scope and even shared how to go about renovation. We managed to sell our resale HDB super quickly. That was unexpected. Faizal managed to nego a good price for us. On the buying, we changed our minds a few times on the type of housing we wanted but Faizal continued being patient with us. We were more than a transaction for him. We could feel his concern for us. He didn’t push us to decide and constantly reminded us to make sure that our choice is something that we are comfortable in (in terms of monthly payment).
