Farah truly goes above and beyond! Even though it wasn’t part of her responsibilities, she personally came by to help during both tenants' move-outs and made sure everything went smoothly. She even connected us with a reliable, reasonably priced handyman to take care of the room repairs. Farah is also a great problem-solver—always finding fair, balanced solutions that work for both the tenant and the landlord.

Farah Ali has been our agent under Affan, assisting with selling our parents' property. Her dedication and commitment have been outstanding—she consistently explains every detail thoroughly and updates us promptly on the progress. I also engaged Farah to sell my father-in-law’s property, and let me tell you, the process was incredibly smooth and fast. Now, as we prepare to sell and buy our own home, we have once again entrusted her as our agent. She has done an excellent job, and I doubt anyone else could pull off what she has accomplished.

Farah took in consideration of our wants and don’ts before we began hunting for our house. She even went the extra mile to calculate how much we can loan from HDB and how much we should pay monthly so that our CPF won’t get wipe out asap. Moreover, she’s really good with numbers, and was able to craft a comprehensive and meaningful timeline for us, which made our housing journey so much easier.
