We had the pleasure of working with Rozi Faith & Hart Lai for the purchase of our first investment property, a 1-bedroom unit at Alps Residence. Our journey began in May 2024, when we started exploring options for a property purchase, and within just two months, Rozi & Hart managed to secure a fantastic deal for us. From the very beginning, both of them were incredibly patient & attentive, showing us a wide range of options that met our criteria. They took the time to understand our needs and, based on the properties we viewed, were able to refine and reclassify the available units to better align with our investment goals. As this was our first time investing in property, we had a lot of questions and concerns, especially given the large financial commitment involved. Rozi Faith & Hart Lai never rushed us and made sure we were making a well-informed and calculated decision. By October 2024, the purchase was completed smoothly, and to our delight, Hart Lai had managed to rent out the unit within a month at our desired rental rate. The rental income has been more than enough to cover both the monthly mortgage & maintenance fees, with a surplus left over for savings. This outcome has been a huge relief, and we’re incredibly grateful for their hard work & dedication. We highly recommend Rozi Faith & Hart Lai to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in property.
