We have been looking to upgrade our home for some time but without success. It was very hard to let go of our current condo home as it was our first with a good location next to MRT and many good memories for the family over more than 10 years. We also struggled as the agents we went to were more interested in selling our home than in genuinely helping us find a new one that met our needs. Unlike other agents we went to, Jan spent a lot of time with us to understand our needs for the new home. She was quick in shortlisting several viewings for us from other condos to clusters to landed houses… and tweaking the search as she got to understand us better. At no point did we feel pressured to commit to any house we viewed.
