Jeffrey assisted me to both sell my existing property and purchase another. He was extremely thorough, thoughtful and transparent about both transactions and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to either buy or sell property. - Thorough: Jeffrey was meticulous in handling all property matters. For example, he assisted us with calculation of our budget and monitored the funds approval process from end-to-end. He also always explained the next steps that we had to take in the property purchase/selling process and thus we were pre-empted to handle any upcoming administrative matters. - Thoughtful: Jeffrey was able to consider our families needs and get the required information in order to advise us accordingly. For example, in addition to considering attributes of the property itself (price, investment potential, facing, layout, etc), he went above and beyond by assisting us to secure rental so that my family had a place to say while the new property was renovating. - Transparent: Jeffrey is an agent that I can trust. He is very transparent with his considerations and recommendations. I appreciated how he was always forthright in his assessment so that I could have any alternative viewpoints that I could have missed. As such, I believe he helped me make the best decision for the sale as well as the purchase of property.
