My earlier expectations was as long as my flat is sold, I will be satisfied to any amount but Malik managed to secure a price out of my expectations. He also managed to deal calmly with my ex-wife to ensure I had a smooth transaction. He’s professionalism is superb. He has great knowledge in his profession too. A great person to work with. Abang Malik has officially be our family agent. He helped sold my flat before successfully with great price and now he also had help me a get my new flat. He was very transparent with great honestly I would say. He had gone extra mile in helping me in my process of selling and evening buying. I notice his sincerity when advising me throughtout the process.
