• “Highly recommend Max, as a reliable and diplomatic agent!”

Max is an excellent agent. He has helped us to organize numerous viewings and establish our initial lease agreement. When we arrived in Singapore, he also assisted us in settling down as foreigners and setting up key utilities for the flat. Recently, Max helped negotiating our lease extension and prevented potential misunderstandings with our landlords. He is very reliable and his response is very fast. Highly recommend!

Max was always available, took great efforts to understand my requirements (which were not even clear), informed me of the pros and cons of my choices, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, spotted an opportunity and was agile to get me involved and worked around the clock to overcome unforeseen circumstances once I chose a unit. Was very helpful handling the additional services and utilities. Thank you, Max!
