“Highly recommend Melissa, the best agent I ever met, to everyone!”
LandlordEC
Melissa is the second agent we cooperated for renting my house, after 3 months when the first agent failed to renting my house out. She succeeded in renting my house out using 1.5 months with a very good price, even higher than that we expected. Melissa clearly got our objective and requirements, quickly posted the ads on websites on the day she took over our house. She frequently arranged house reviewing and promptly gave feedback to us. She helped us to have the house cleaned, carefully checked and recorded the status of every corner of the house before tenants moved in. Besides, she helped us to solve some problems like a friend. Overall, Melissa has very nice personality, she is very professional and reliable. She is the best agent I ever met. I strongly recommend her to everyone who is in need!
