Milson is trustworthy and guided me every step of the way. Despite the fact that I have many friends in this industry, I approached Milson after discussing with family as he seemed to be more knowledgeable than the rest. And he is. He is professional and responsive.

I engaged Milson to help me find a bigger place as we our grew our current place. We started our engagement for more than 3 years before we found something we liked and purchased. Milson sat down with my wife and I to better understand our needs. The meeting was long but he was very detailed and we went through multiple options and scenarios. At the end of the meeting, we were very clear about the location, price and type of property. Once we had the plan, he started organising viewings and even new launches to make sure we cover the breadth of options,. The process took more than 3 years to complete but Milson was never once pushy to make us decide just to close the deal. Sometimes there are places that we walk in and out within 10 seconds, he did not ask why or how and just went on to the next viewing. At the end day, Milson made us feel treasured as a someone who had our interest at heart.

I started engaging Milson to sell my property about 1 year ago. As this was a first time I was selling my property, Milson was very thorough and spent quite a significant amount of time to explain everything in details. Milson was ever so patient with me despite my persistent questioning. Some of these would occur at 3am or 4am in the morning and he never fails to answer the questions the moment he has the opportunity. Milson was very clear about the objective of the sale and price point I was expecting. He spent many hours over the months or bring multiple potential buyers to view my place and present offers: I would simply reject the offer. When the closest offer was presented, he had help negotiate with he potential buyer to meet my reserve price before presenting it to me. He had also taken into account that the move out date would be close to my kids exam period, he made sure that my interest were taken into consideration during negotiations. Milson is the agent you would like to have on your side who goes above and beyond to make sure he gets what you want.

Milson has taken notes my requirements when I wanted to sell my 3rm flat and also taking into considerations on the period where I am not available in SG. Discussed, prepared on timeline that was suitable to my needs. Able to negotiate with buyer's agents on all my requirements. With his advise to make some shift onto my furniture before he took pictures and filmed it, it made a difference on result. I trusted him and left keys to him to arrange with potential buyers whenever needed. Within 2 weeks, he found a buyer who can accept all my requirements. Without his professionalism and detailed planning, the deal will not be fast and smooth. Kudos to him and appreciate all his efforts. Will definitely recommend to my friends should they need to look for real estate agent. Thank you, Milson.

I engaged Milson in both selling my HDB BTO flat and buying my HDB resale flat. Milson managed to both secure a good price on both ends of the spectrum. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Milson is highly resourceful, efficient and helpful. With his knowledge of the property market, he managed to help negotiate and close at a price above our expectation. What amazes us the most is our house is sold just within 2 weeks of viewing! This is made possible with his experience in providing us guidance to tidy up our house and make it presentable and neat for prospective buyers while managing our expectations of the price to close. We are grateful to him and would highly recommend him to our friends for his prompt services and dedication. - Eugene Wong
