His knowledge and ability to answer my queries on the housing market trends gave me great confidence to engage him. Since, I was always away, I entrusted him with my house keys to oversee the whole process in selling my home. He was prompt with providing updates on various activities that is on the outcome of HDB inspection and, consulting me before allowing the new owner's renovation contractor to take measurements, etc., in the premise. During the negotiating process, he faces some challenges but with patience and perseverance he managed to execute the sale of my home very much to my satisfaction. I really appreciate his endurance and hard work. I wish him good luck and more success in this journey of his.
