From our first meeting, he sat down with me to understand my preferences, budget, and the location I was looking for, which I really appreciated. After viewing a few flats, he listened to my feedback and came back with better options each time. In the end, he showed me the place that I decided to go with, and it fit what I wanted really well. What I liked most was that he never pressured me at all. During viewings, he just explained the pros and cons of each flat and let me decide for myself, which made the whole process feel very comfortable.
