I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to our agent, Mohd Jabbaar, who went above and beyond to make our house completion a success. When my wife and I was still thinking if we should sell our place, we called down a couple of property agents and spoke to them. Only after we met Jabbaar (the 4th agent we called down), did we feel completely at ease and assured that we will be in a good position if we were to sell our house and get a new one. His warm personality and calm demeanour impressed us and his patient explanation was what set him apart. Eventually, we felt we should proceed to upgrade our house. From then on, Jabbaar guided us through the whole process. From bringing in potential buyers to negotiating for my new house to filling in all the forms and submitting them, he took over and handled it. I am an extremely fussy person and asked him a multitude of questions and he would always answer all my queries and settle my doubts.
