Hwee Teng has always been friendly and professional during the leasing and renewal process of the unit we rent. Hwee Teng is very efficient and highly responsive; this has also been the case mid tenancy if anything needs repairing. Highly recommend.

We feel that Hwee Teng went over and beyond her job scope to act in our interest as landlord. Unlike most agents we’ve come across , she wasn’t in it just to close the deal fast to earn the commission. Settled alot of unusual logistics for us. We had a tenant break contract and Hwee Teng’s experience resulted in a win win end state for everyone. Absolutely awesome !
