Nick is THE absolute best agent, guide to navigating the property market in Singapore. From selling to buying, he manages to get the absolute highest when selling and negotiators to the absolute lowest when purchasing. (So double win for me!). In fact, I bought my new home at the absolute lowest transaction across all the transacting homes. Most agents would just give vanilla advice, he puts scrutiny into every potential choice we were making by advising potential gains, rental yields, back up plans. I think we went through a whole list of more than 20 + before narrowing down to a few high potential properties! Super responsive to our questions and handheld us through the process and even answered questions in the middle of the night. Would absolutely recommend working with Nick for anyone looking to buy, sell or just advice!

His proactive communication and unwavering support further solidified my decision. In just a matter of days after listing our house, Nick secured an offer, which we accepted, leading to a successful sale. Going above and beyond, he even assisted us with last-minute requests, such as helping to clear out remaining furniture before the completion date. Dear Nick, We wished to thank you for the excellent services that you have provided to us as our exclusive agent in selling our Hougang home. For those looking for a dedicated agent with wide contacts, we would like to recommend Nick. We had interviewed a few agents prior to selling our house in Hougang, most of the agent did not have the confidence in meeting our expected selling price. They could not see the potential of our home which was on the top floor, corner unit with a recess area that offered lots of privacy as compared to other 4A room flat. During Nick's presentation to us, he showed confidence and resourcefulness. He showed us his various methods of reaching out to potential buyers instead of just relying on Propertyguru. He also saw the potential of our home to sell at our projected price. Where other agent deem impossible to achieve, he did his analysis and deems it reasonable and achievable. Nick informed us that if we can hand over the keys – as our house was vacant then, he can better accommodate buyers requests to view any time. We took a risk and entrusted our vacated home and handed the keys to him to market our home. Nick proves trustworthy. From time to time, Nick will update us on the progress and on any viewing. He will filter buyers who could not meet our asking price and provide update and advice on the offers. We are grateful that he helps us to negotiate for a good price for our home. In summary, Nick is dedicated, resourceful, trustworthy and willing to take challenges.

Nick Tan was extremely professional and friendly. As first-time sellers, we did not know much about the processes involved in selling a property. Nick Tan is a fantastic property agent. More than an agent, he comes around like more of a friend/well-wisher who takes his customer’s success as the utmost priority. Nick was of immense help in selling my HDB flat and moving to a condo. Nick was incredibly patient and extremely receptive to all our requirements. He is never in rush to get a deal closed and always waits for the correct opportunity which meets our requirements. Even when, we had to pull out of a deal at the last minute due to reasons that were beyond our control, Nick was extremely calm and patient to work on a new opportunity and start everything all over again. We were indeed lucky to have Nick as our agent!!! Nick is also well-informed about the latest ( n ever-changing 🙂 ) laws and government regulations and ensures that the transaction goes through smoothly with no hiccups. Nick always plays by the book and ensures we are compliant with the rules taking no shortcuts. On top of these, Nick also has strong knowledge about banks/mortgages and market trends and offers guidance to help us get possible loans available in a volatile market.
