My wife and I would like to send a note of appreciation and commendation to Paul Yeo for his excellent services through which we were able to book a unit in the Clavon Project. We connected with Paul earlier to look at a new launch in AMK. However, we couldn’t proceed as we were not convinced about the property. Despite putting a lot of time and effort into that, Paul was always smiling and helped us look at a couple of more choices based on our preferences. He continues to provide excellent support even after the purchase and helped us in all the subsequent processing like engaging a lawyer as well. I am writing in appreciation of our recent dealings with Paul in relation to my rental and the sale of my HDB flat in Clementi. Thank you, Paul, for all the efforts and patience throughout the whole process and dealing with our requirements. It was easy, fast and direct! Our first experience was the rental. It was the first time I was going to rent a unit. Paul gave us his professional advice and brought us to view the different sizes of the units. He advised us on the pros and cons and I eventually rented a perfect-sized unit, which also gave me a good gauge of my next property size. The second experience was the sale of my HDB flat in Clementi. It was not a high floor unit and has not been easy to sell especially during the Covid period. Paul constantly updated me with the status. With his local strong knowledge and his wide network, my flat was sold within 3 mronths! I can't wait to deal with Paul again for my next purchase!
