“Excellent communication and highly reliable”

Client26 Sept 2022

BuyerPrivate Resale

Rachel spent some time with me first to understand my needs and finances before embarking on looking for a place that suited me. She kept me abreast of all new developments as well and new postings for apts being sold. She also took the time to make sure I knew what I had to take care of when it came to finances and broke down the various jargon for me. Rachel also had no issues visiting and re-visiting apts that I liked and also negotiated on my behalf. I definitely recommend her as an agent worth hiring, be it to buy or sell a place. No complaints at all! Thank you for everything!

“Highly recommend Rachel”

Rachel Choo2 Jun 2022

LandlordPrivate Resale

Rachel has been a dream of an agent that has facilitated my entire journey living in Singapore. From when I first moved to Singapore in 2009 helping me find my first apartment to rent, to buying my first home to currently renting out my apartment. Rachel’s deep knowledge in the property market in Singapore and client focus is like none other, she always anticipates my needs and takes care of both parties for a good landlord- tenant relationship. Especially as an overseas landlord, I completely trust and rely on Rachel, I highly recommend Rachel and cannot thank her enough for all the support all these years!

“Highly recommend Rachel, she’s amazing”

Grace1 Jun 2022

TenantPrivate Resale

Rachel was very patient and encouraged us to explore more or look for better options rather than settling for anything less than what we had wanted. She never pressured us to settle for a place and was always willing to show us units based on our request. Rachel also has an eye for detail and is quick to point out issues to watch out for. She’s super responsive when any issues arise after we moved in and is very willing to help. I cannot recommend Rachel as an agent enough!

Rachel was one of the first people We met in Singapore, she took her and family time to Make us feel even more at home, not only did she help us find the place we live in, she still supports us years after meeting her. “Exceptional Agent: Rachel Douglas”

Diana Leong31 May 2022

TenantPrivate Resale

Rachel has been our Agent for more than 11 years now. She knows exactly what our family needs & requires and always found us the perfect home. Rachels not only knows the property market very well, but she really listens to her clients and does her absolute best, to find them the best fit. She also always negotiated successfully terms & agreements on our behalf. Even once all the papers are signed, which she does help prepare and guide one through, she will always be there, for her clients. Questions big or small get answered / dealt with promptly. Rachels will always check in on you, to see if everything is still going ok. She really is the full package. Fantastic all round service! We have happily recommended her to friends and colleagues. I think, everyone who has used Rachel as an Agent would agree, that she is very good at her job and if you stay in Singapore for a long time, she will be there with you all the way.
