We used Raymond to find more than one property for us during our time in Singapore. He always had a wide variety of properties for us to look at and spent hours driving us around looking at them. His knowledge of the rental market was impressive and once we had chosen a property he worked hard to negotiate the best deal, and help us with all the administration. Throughout our tenancies, he always made himself available if we needed support with dealing with the landlord and kept in touch regularly to make sure we were happy. He also spent hours helping us to get out of our lease when we had to leave Singapore and did a fantastic job of securing the majority of our deposit back. I cannot recommend Raymond highly enough and would absolutely use him again if we moved back to Singapore. He is hardworking, always responds no matter what time of day or week it is, very professional and highly knowledgeable.
