Rizaliah is a compentent agent. Even though she is new as a property agent. But her competent & extra effort made to ensure everything done smoothly. My agent before her took more than six month but still no closure. That is where I change and engage Rizaliah and she get it done less then 3 mths. She also doing my buying and she really take the initiative to list what are my requirement. I am very happy now with my new house. She is marvelous & she willing to go extra miles for me.
