I have known Shawn for more than 10 years due to our work in the government sector previously. I recently contacted him to get advice on selling my place and buying my next home. I got acquainted to Shawn via my brother for whom Shawn helped to purchase an investment property at a really good price and location. My brother is happily enjoying its returns. We have been in touch since the start of 2022; Shawn consistently updates me on the market insights and policies, price movement and forecast. In consultation with Shawn, we put up our property for sale in Mar 2022. I was looking around for a HDB flat for the last 6 months and could not find one which fits my needs and budget. I was introduced to Shawn recently and within a day he shortlisted a few units and on the first day of viewing we secured a house of my liking and at a good price.
