My wife and I are so grateful to have engaged Cik Sue to be our agent and we can’t thank you enough for all the things you’ve done for us! After countless of failed BTO applications, we were both struggling to find a house before our wedding date and resale was a scary option as we weren’t sure how we would fair financially. But Cik Sue was very understanding to our situation and helped to explain and devise various options that would fit our situation and won’t cause any headaches for us. Sue was very patient with us. As we went on for house-hunting, none of it was to our liking. Sue did not force us to settle on any house. She even planned out all of the viewings. She told us to choose the house and location that we really like. We finally settled on the house and location that me and my wife really like. Would highly recommend Sue! As first time sellers, she assisted my husband and I throughout each step as we were unsure about the process. She was willing to explain and address any doubts that we had and ensured we sold our house at the highest selling price in our neighbourhood! Needless to say we are one happy couple!
