I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my Housing Agent, Wayne Poh, who has displayed exceptional knowledge and service in the course of my purchase journey and beyond. After hearing my requirements, we managed to secure a unit on my first day of viewing at a reasonable price given the current bullish resale market. This is a definitely display of shortlisting accuracy and negotiations skills! I cannot emphasize enough the need for a knowledgeable agent to accompany a potential buyer through the purchase process. Even though a buyer may save money, the accompanying advice and assistance of a knowledgeable and responsible Agent are invaluable. Some scenarios are as follows: - When I wanted to offer after the viewing, the seller agent did not have any documents ready. But Wayne was prepared. - When there were delays with sellers providing documents from their end, Wayne followed up. - When nearing the inspection date and no signs of moving were seen, Wayne chased and ensured it was done. - Completing and collecting the key and a little clueless about what's next, Wayne advised. Being a knowledgeable agent, Wayne was always prepared, and he is able to also share contacts of bankers/IDs/Contractors/anything and everything that is required to complete a purchase, to having your very own dream home.
