William came recommended by a friend who also engaged him in his property purchase. From our first interaction, I felt like he was more like a friend than a mere agent. I was leaning heavily towards buying a place that is usually not recommended (old walk-up 🥲) but I appreciate that he gave me sound advice and perspectives for me to consider to ensure I made the right decision in the end. He also worked very hard to arrange for as many viewings as possible / available across different types of properties within my preferences and was very patient throughout the process. He was also very generous with his time, always assuring me that he’ll be there when I needed him even if it’s not entirely in his job scope to do so. Thank you so much William! William first took time to understand our needs and when the house search begins, he helped to sieve out expired listings and assist in the house viewing schedule. We were able to view 6 units on the first day of viewing! And we appreciate this facilitation as my spouse and myself have busy schedules. Thankfully, we were able to view the unit that we have been eyeing on on a prompt arrangement that would become ours now! He assisted with the calculations and negotiations with the sellers' agent and we are grateful that all is smooth. Thank you William!

He is capable of acceding to our requests and exceeding our expectations. William strategized the entire selling and sale process by first and foremost, understanding our needs and expectations regarding the sale of our 4-Room HDB Flat at Punggol. Subsequently, providing realistic information and updates in the resale property market, taking into account the past and present market conditions, and at the same time, taking into consideration of present government regulatory laws and buyer's interests and perspectives, etc. We are very impressed by his detailed-oriented step-by-step planning, guiding us when we had no prior knowledge on the resale property market at all, and letting us know and fully understand the entire selling and sales negotiation process. My partner and I found William through referrals and mention from several reputable real estate websites and contacted him to set up the first meetup. We could tell that William had plenty of experience with LGTBQ+ couples. Once we provided him some basic information, William presented us with his OPPORT(UNITY)™️ Analysis which really helped to crystalize the choices that were available to us, specifically the ownership and financing choices as LGBTQ+ couples are limited due to the nature of the legal framework for us in Singapore. It also included real examples of properties recommended by William that were within our price range. Throughout the home viewing process, William was patient and always ready and available to set up viewings (made more complicated due to Covid-19 restrictions). William offered sincere and honest advice both about the value of each property and whether we needed to make an offer urgently.
